This team can provide full-cycle Recruitment from managing internal and external candidates, employee referral programs and manage outside vendors .
Dedicated resources dealing directly with hiring managers to ensure proper requisition assessment, pipeline management and building relationships. They learn client culture and handle day-to-day operations.
Collecting candidate data and/or resumes from various sources. We ensure a positive experience for each candidate. Ingenio Consulting Services works closely with our client ensure that candidate profiles, standardized and defined ratings are in place. We collect comprehensive profiles from all sources; develop realistic job previews which include scripts when needed to ensure candidates understand the role clearly.
Resume Management :
We post requisitions, provide resume screening, scan and verify resumes in application tracking system (ATS), do reporting. These are usually part of the service but can be done stand-alone.
Test & Assessment Administration:
Ingenio Consulting Services will provide services including facility identification, candidate scheduling, conducting the test session and proctoring if necessary.
Interview Administration :
Telephone and/or Face-Face Interviewing. Ingenio Consulting Services has experienced interviewers to expedite this process.
Interview Scheduling :
Coordinating with HR, hiring managers, and recruiters to schedule candidates.
Offer Process :
Developing offers, partnering with Comp or HR and developing offer packets (administration). We also close out the requisition in client database and other administrative logistics including domestic relocation, employee ID processing, etc.
On boarding :
Ingenio Consulting Services will manage on boarding process for our clients using their systems.
Exit Interviews :
Develop this as a strategy to support retention goals. Our team is knowledgeable to handle exit interviews (Phone, Online 360, Email, etc.).
Employee Referral Program Management:
We manage and optimize programs for our clients. Contacting referrals and putting them in the database.
